These Terms of Service apply to your use of this website and to any purchase you make from DigitalSeries. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Our store is hosted on Shopify, and payments are processed by our payment providers.
1. What you buy
We sell digital content, such as the series Stitched in Blood. When you buy, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to watch the content for your own private, non-commercial use. You do not buy ownership of the content.
2. What you may not do
- share, resell, rent or publicly show the content or your access to it;
- copy, download, record, screen-capture or redistribute the content, unless we clearly allow it;
- try to bypass any access restriction or security measure.
If you break these rules, we may suspend or end your access without a refund, to the extent permitted by law.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown on the website before you buy, together with any applicable taxes. Your order is confirmed when payment is completed. We may change prices at any time, but a change will not affect orders already paid for.
4. Delivery and refunds
Access to the digital content is provided electronically after purchase. Refunds and your right of withdrawal are explained in our Refund Policy. It forms part of these terms.
5. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including the series, episodes, images, texts and logos, belongs to DigitalSeries or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws.
6. Availability
We aim to keep the website and content available at all times, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may carry out maintenance or updates from time to time.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DigitalSeries is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the website or content. Our total liability for any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, or any mandatory rights you have as a consumer in your country.
